After collecting your dried urine samples, returning them to the lab is simple. Please note: While we provide a return envelope, you are responsible for return shipping costs when mailing your sample back to the laboratory.
Follow the instructions to collect dried urine samples at the specified times throughout the day and evening.
Allow samples to dry completely for at least 24 hours in a clean, well-ventilated area.
Place dried samples in the provided bag with desiccant, complete the requisition form, and seal in the return envelope.
Use the return envelope to mail your samples. No post office visit required—just drop in any Canada Post mailbox.
